Brittany joined Via Design in 2024 as the firm’s Client Experience Administrator. She has more than a decade of experience in interior design administration and a genuine passion for the design industry. A passion rooted in her upbringing, with a mother who is an interior designer and a grandfather who was a custom home builder. Being surrounded by creativity and craftsmanship from an early age shaped her appreciation for thoughtful, well-designed spaces.

In her role, she organizes office operations, welcomes visitors, and ensures clients and staff feel supported. She also contributes to content writing for architecture and interior design projects, including multi-platform storytelling, editorial review, and creating brand-aligned project narratives.

Brittany earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Writing from Grand Valley State University. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her energetic rescue dog on local trails, relaxing on the beach by Lake Michigan, and spending time with her fiancé, cruising down the Thornapple River.
