Michelle is the Office Coordinator at Via Design, joining the firm in 2026. She plays a central role in supporting internal teams, organizing office operations, and creating a welcoming reception environment.

From coordinating daily logistics to assisting across departments, Michelle helps maintain the rhythm of the studio with clarity and consistency. She also oversees staff events, both in-office and off-site, bringing thoughtfulness and energy to team gatherings. Always willing to step in where needed, she supports the entire team with tasks of all sizes. Her proactive approach and attention to detail allow the broader Via team to stay focused on creative design and thoughtful execution.Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, their twin daughters, and their beloved dog. She can often be found reading, enjoying a vanilla latte, or exploring local breweries around Grand Rapids.
