Susan is the Purchasing and Inventory Manager at Via Design, having joined the firm in 2016. She brings both a background in interior design and a long-standing appreciation for the industry, having grown up in the retail world, helping her mother and aunt in their shop. That early exposure sparked an interest in how thoughtfully chosen furnishings and accessories can shape a space.

Susan manages furniture and retail product procurement for Via Design’s residential and commercial interior design projects. She prepares quotes, tracks costs and shipping timelines, coordinates deliveries, and provides timely updates so both clients and the design team have clear, accurate information throughout the purchasing process. She also oversees inventory for the firm’s showroom and office, helping curate accessories and maintain a thoughtful range of options that support the designers’ work and reflect a variety of project styles. Known for her attention to detail, Susan helps keep projects on track by carefully sourcing products, coordinating with vendors, and managing orders from placement through delivery.Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Michigan State University.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog. She is currently updating her own home and enjoys stretching her creative muscles by experimenting with new ideas and design details.
