Via Design shaped the architecture, interior design, and furnishings, creating a cohesive retreat organized around expansive entertaining spaces, a screened porch, and thoughtfully designed guest accommodations.

Inspired by traditional cottage architecture, the home features sweeping rooflines, graceful curves, eyebrow dormers, and a timeless palette of natural materials. Every bedroom includes an ensuite bath and direct access to a private outdoor space, while a guest house, bunkroom, pool and pool house, tennis courts, vegetable garden, and a bridge spanning an existing waterway create a property designed for connection, recreation, and lasting family traditions.
