Perched at the top of the Bridgewater Building in downtown Grand Rapids, the Colliers International office makes the most of its elevated setting with expansive windows and views across the city. Via Design collaborated on the interior design, coordinating and implementing design elements throughout the workplace while working closely with suppliers and vendors.

A bright multipurpose space serves as a central gathering place for staff lunches, open meetings, presentations, and lunch-and-learns, with a nine-screen display supporting a variety of uses. Open work areas incorporate designated collaborative spaces throughout, while a large conference room seamlessly integrates technology, power, and furnishings for meetings. At the entry, a custom reception desk with a backlit resin front creates a memorable focal point, complemented by a dimensional wall feature that provides visual screening between the lobby and office circulation.
