Via Design was brought in to add the finishing touches throughout to this lower-level entertaining space, incorporating artwork, area rugs, wallcoverings, and other selections throughout. With a media area and golf simulator already part of the space, the homeowners also wanted a larger gathering surface near the lower-level kitchen that could provide additional storage while accommodating their existing barstools.

Via designed a custom bar table in response, pairing walnut with a leathered engineered quartz top, curved tambour detailing, and custom metalwork. The piece was carefully proportioned to add function while maintaining a sense of openness in the high-traffic space. Designed by Via and fabricated in collaboration with Elemental Artistry, the finished table serves as a central gathering point and a tailored addition to the lower level.
