Designed as a new headquarters for Kent Power, the two-story office building in Rockford creates a dedicated home base for the energy and infrastructure company while immersing its team in the natural setting along the Rogue River. Via Design approached the site planning, architecture, and interior design with an emphasis on collaboration, flexibility for growth, and connection to the surrounding landscape. Open work areas are balanced by private spaces, while the lower level offers additional staff amenities, including a full fitness center.

The architecture draws inspiration from Kent Power’s work in the infrastructure industry, with metal panels and corrugated siding defining the exterior. Reclaimed wood and repurposed electrical power poles bring warmth and character while referencing the company’s work. Large windows strengthen connections to the landscape, while exposed structural materials and industry-inspired details create a workplace that feels distinctly Kent Power.
