For the new Legal Copy Services headquarters, Via Design shaped the architecture and interiors around the company’s evolving needs and its quiet pond setting. Designed from the ground up, the workplace balances operational efficiency with a warm, modern atmosphere. A soft interior arc responds to the building’s long, linear footprint, shaping circulation, architectural forms, and furnishings throughout the space.

A sculptural spine wall softens the building’s geometry and create a sense of movement and connection. Concrete block walls and metal detailing are balanced by bright colored accents, greenery, and circular decorative lighting, while custom cabinetry adds warmth and functionality. Workstations from the company’s previous office were thoughtfully incorporated into the new layout, supporting spaces for focused work, collaboration, and team connection.
