Located in downtown Grand Rapids, Metropolitan Condo was renovated by Via Design to balance entertaining,  accessibility, and everyday living within a historic building. Providing interior architecture, interior design, and furnishings, the team reimagined the condominium with an open layout that maximizes natural light.

Inspired by a transitional European aesthetic, the interiors feature clean lines, high-gloss cabinetry, and a neutral material palette. An inviting kitchen and dining area, carefully planned storage, a cozy library, and an ADA-compliant bedroom suite create a home that is both refined and highly functional.
