For Profile Films, a manufacturer of polyethylene packaging products, Via Design transformed an existing factory facility to bring manufacturing and office teams together under one roof. The architecture and interior design preserve the building’s industrial character while creating a more connected workplace. Via collaborated with Square One Design to integrate the company’s brand expression throughout the architecture and interiors.

Exposed ceilings, concrete floors, and original brick walls establish a loft-like character, while a reimagined entry with a glass-front lobby, dark metal canopy, and bold exterior branding creates a distinct street presence. Inside, a vibrant blue feature wall, reclaimed wood reception desk, and custom cabinetry by CLEO bring warmth and identity to the industrial setting. Glass-front offices extend natural light throughout the space, while dedicated break rooms and collaborative areas support both manufacturing and office teams. Open and private office furnishings were provided by Interphase Interiors, while Via Design procured the lounge and breakroom furnishings.
