Located along Lake Michigan, Summer Lake House was designed by Via Design to continue a family's long-standing connection to the property while thoughtfully responding to its unique lakeshore setting. Providing architecture, interior design, and furnishings, the team carefully planned the residence and guest house between a natural creek and the shoreline, working closely with consultants and regulatory agencies to balance the client's vision with responsible site stewardship.
